FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per June 23 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11374.32 crore against gross selling of Rs 11041.98 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 332.34 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2880.40 crore with gross sales of Rs 1579.55 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1300.85 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 929.16 crore, they stood at net sellers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 458.73 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 830.42 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 22.92 crore against gross selling of Rs 59.16 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 36.24 crore in hybrid segment.
