Prestige Estates surges on planning to launch two new housing projects in Delhi-NCR in FY27
Prestige Estates Projects is currently trading at Rs. 1536.10, up by 24.05 points or 1.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 1512.05 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1495.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1580.65 and Rs. 1495.90 respectively. So far 206624 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1812.40 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1090.45 on 02-Apr-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,580.65 and Rs. 1,474.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 65862.96 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.94%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.79% and 2.27% respectively.
Prestige Estates Projects is planning to launch two new housing projects in Delhi-NCR in the fiscal year 2026-27 (FY27) with an estimated revenue of nearly Rs 7,000 crore. The company is coming out with these projects as part of its expansion plan.
Out of the two projects, one will be in Noida and another will be in Gurugram. The total developable area in these two projects would be around 8 million sq ft.
