Belding India surges on incorporating joint venture company with HD Fabcon
Belding India is currently trading at Rs. 1420.00, up by 26.45 points or 1.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 1393.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1428.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1428.95 and Rs. 1405.00 respectively. So far 183 shares were traded on the counter.

Belding India has incorporated a joint venture (JV) company namely ‘Belding HD India’ with HD Fabcon on June 22, 2026. The company holds a 55% stake in the newly formed joint venture, while HD Fabcon holds the remaining 45%. The JV belongs to battery energy storage system and renewable energy industry.
The joint venture will leverage the business development and market access capabilities of HD Fabcon together with the execution, operational, project management, and manufacturing capabilities of the company and its group entities. The entity shall primarily focus on identifying, securing, executing, and managing projects across the sectors, with an emphasis on developing scalable business opportunities, large projects and long-term strategic customer relationships.
