PNB Housing Finance falls despite reporting 25% jump in Q4 consolidated net profit

PNB Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 1021.00, down by 9.65 points or 0.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 1030.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1030.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1033.60 and Rs. 1011.00 respectively. So far 32019 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1201.45 on 13-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 615.65 on 04-Jun-2024.

PNB Housing Finance has reported 27.79% rise in its net profit at Rs 567.11 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 443.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 13.26% at Rs 2,045.26 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 1,805.74 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 25.30% rise in its net profit at Rs 550.38 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 439.25 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 12.28% at Rs 2,036.78 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 1,813.97 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 27.60% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,948.95 crore as compared to Rs 1,527.42 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.07% at Rs 7,661.22 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,023.98 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
For the year ended March 31, 2025, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 28.39% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,936.14 crore as compared to Rs 1,508.01 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 8.99% at Rs 7,691.63 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,057.09 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
