Starlineps Enterprises touches roof on completing acquisition of 20% stake in Celloraa Energy

Starlineps Enterprises is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 8.75, up by 0.41 points or 4.92% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.34 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 8.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8.75 and Rs. 8.75 respectively. So far 981955 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 14.49 on 13-Apr-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1.90 on 06-Nov-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 8.75 and Rs. 7.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 377.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.11% and 61.93% respectively.

Starlineps Enterprises has completed the acquisition of 6,250 equity shares, representing 20% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Celloraa Energy as on August 31, 2026 at total consideration of Rs 40 crore.

Consequent to the said acquisition, Celloraa Energy has become an Associate Company of the company in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended from time to time.
