Park Medi World rises on getting nod to incorporate wholly-owned subsidiary

Park Medi World is currently trading at Rs. 290.60, up by 0.55 points or 0.19% from its previous closing of Rs. 290.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 290.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 290.95 and Rs. 286.55 respectively. So far 6408 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 305.25 on 01-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 138.15 on 18-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 293.80 and Rs. 273.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12554.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.54% and 7.56% respectively.

Park Medi World has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) of the company as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under the name and style of ‘Park Medicity Prayagraj’ or ‘Park Hospital Prayagraj’, or such other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

The proposed entity will deal in healthcare sector, for the development and operation of a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, which has been awarded to the company under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation, Uttar Pradesh. The Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on August 31, 2026, has approved the same.
