Spandana Sphoorty Financial has raised Rs 50.35 crore through allotment of 5,000 Secured, Senior, Redeemable, Transferable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each at a premium of Rs 690.40 per debenture, on private placement basis. The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated October 08, 2024, has approved and allotted the same.
