Gensol Engineering gains on securing EPC contract worth around Rs 1061.97 crore

Gensol Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 762.95, up by 11.65 points or 1.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 751.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 751.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 795.40 and Rs. 723.95 respectively. So far 54707 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1377.10 on 20-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 712.00 on 26-Dec-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 795.40 and Rs. 723.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2885.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 2.30% and 35.12% respectively.

Gensol Engineering has secured a significant EPC contract from Renowned Public Sector Undertaking for Development of 275MW Solar PV Project at RE Solar Park, Khavda Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, with a total bid value of around Rs 1061.97 crore (Including GST), including three years of O&M.

Gensol Engineering is engaged in providing technical due diligence, detailed engineering, quality control, construction supervision, and other consulting services for solar projects across many countries, including India.
