Sharda Motor Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1703.25, up by 80.55 points or 4.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 1622.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1650.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1720.70 and Rs. 1609.95 respectively. So far 971 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2955.90 on 09-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1167.05 on 20-Mar-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1720.70 and Rs. 1531.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4732.40 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.31%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.10% and 21.60% respectively.
Sharda Motor Industries has entered into an agreement to transfer the leasehold rights over the land and building of the Company situated at Haridwar. The consideration of Rs 23.05 crore will be received within a period of 60 days from the date of the Agreement as above/ on or before registration of transfer with concerned authority, whichever is earlier. The said transaction will be completed within 60 days from the date of execution of the agreement as above.
