CEO Debashish Mishra shares details of upcoming SBI Funds Management IPO
On SBI Funds Management announcing details of the upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO), Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, SBI Funds Management Ltd, Debashish Mishra says, “We are launching this IPO tomorrow, July 14. We have visited major centres; we started in Mumbai, went to Ahmedabad and Rajkot, and now we are in Delhi. Our teams are also visiting other centres to make people aware of the IPO. Awareness is our main purpose. Otherwise, everything else is filed, including the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP). From tomorrow to July 16, the offer will remain open for three days, and sometime next week, we will be listing on the stock exchanges. As I already mentioned, we want to be the fund managers to every Indian. Just as our parent company is the banker to every Indian, SBI Mutual Fund aspires to be the fund manager to every Indian.”
