Resonance Specialties touches the roof on getting nod to purchase manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh

The scrip opened at Rs. 150.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.35 and Rs. 147.20 respectively. So far 38630 shares were traded on the counter.

Resonance Specialties has received approval for purchase of manufacturing facility situated at Plot No. 6, New Industrial AreaII, Mandideep, Dist Raisen, Madhya Pradesh along with leasehold land, buildings, plant & machineries, licenses, permits, along with employees, etc. from Kaygee Laboratories (KLPL) a related party, for a consideration of Rs 29.98 crore on slump sale basis.
The said transaction is expected to be completed on or before November 30, 2026 or such other date as may be mutually agreed subject to the necessary consents for the transfer of the leasehold rights on the land on which this manufacturing unit is situated. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 4, 2026 has approved the same.
