Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has completed acquisition of 99.49% of the total voting power in M/s Kirloskar South East Asia Co. (KSEA), further strengthening its strategic presence in the region. With this, Kirloskar South East Asia Co. has become a subsidiary of the company.
KSEA, incorporated in 2016, is engaged in the trading of compressors across the South-East Asian market. It has registered office in Bangkok, Thailand.
By establishing operations in Thailand through its subsidiary, the company aims to strengthen its presence in the South-East Asian region, enhance customer engagement, and provide faster sales and after-sales support. A local presence will enable the company to respond more effectively to customer requirements, improve market coverage, and build stronger relationships with channel partners and end users.
