Bajaj Housing Finance inches up on raising Rs 1,885.09 crore via NCDs
Bajaj Housing Finance is currently trading at Rs. 87.09, up by 0.26 points or 0.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 86.83 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 86.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 88.43 and Rs. 86.50 respectively. So far 307932 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 117.95 on 18-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 72.60 on 30-Mar-2026.

Bajaj Housing Finance has raised Rs 1,885.09 crore (including premium) through the allotment of 1,88,500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), at face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis.
The Debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held on August 4, 2026, allotted the same.
