Renaissance Global moves higher on reducing gross debt by around Rs 53 crore during ongoing Q4FY25

Renaissance Global is currently trading at Rs. 121.40, up by 6.85 points or 5.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 114.55 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 115.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 122.25 and Rs. 114.90 respectively. So far 33143 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 207.10 on 21-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 87.70 on 07-Aug-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 130.00 and Rs. 113.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1254.60 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.83%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.84% and 40.33% respectively.
Renaissance Global has strengthened its financial position by reducing its gross debt by around Rs 53 crore during the ongoing Q4 of FY 2025. The company had reported a lower Net Debt of Rs 188 crore as on December 31, 2024 vs. Rs 311 crore at the same time last year.
