PPAP Automotive zooms on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

PPAP Automotive is currently trading at Rs. 168.65, up by 6.55 points or 4.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 162.10 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 166.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 169.25 and Rs. 166.85 respectively. So far 155 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 260.25 on 16-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 157.00 on 27-Mar-2025.

PPAP Automotive has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Avinya Industrial Products’ on March 29, 2025. The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary to enhance manufacturing, designing and trading operations, drive backward integration, and fortify its position in the industrial product industry. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same.
