Mold-Tek Technologies trades higher on getting nod to enter into MoU with ARAPL

Mold-Tek Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 158.25, up by 0.25 points or 0.16% from its previous closing of Rs. 159.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 147.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 159.65 and Rs. 147.10 respectively. So far 15011 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 292.20 on 09-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 109.85 on 17-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 169.65 and Rs. 139.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 448.21 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.35% and 50.60% respectively.

Mold-Tek Technologies (MTTL) has received approval from Board of Directors to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with M/s. Affordable Robotic & Automation (ARAPL). This MOU aims to establish a collaborative framework wherein MoldTek Technologies will provide engineering design, simulation and digital automation services, in addition to marketing end to end service offerings in USA & European Markets. ARAPL will be responsible for robotics manufacturing, assembly, integration, control system implementation, and project execution for industrial automation and smart factory solutions.

This strategic partnership is intended to leverage the complementary strengths of both parties to expand market presence, with a particular focus on the United States, Europe, India and other international markets. MTTL can now offer complete Automation/Robotic end to end solutions to clients in USA & Europe through this MOU which will enhance its revenues.
