Kranti Industries rises on getting purchase order from Carraro Drive Tech Italia Spa

Kranti Industries is currently trading at Rs. 83.18, up by 2.61 points or 3.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 80.57 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 81.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 84.87 and Rs. 81.15 respectively. So far 16760 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 112.80 on 11-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 60.20 on 29-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 86.99 and Rs. 69.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 95.72 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.89%, while Non-Institutions held 31.11% stake in the company.

Kranti Industries has received the purchase order on February 14, 2024 from Carraro Drive Tech Italia Spa, Via olmo, Campodarsego, (Padova) Italia for supply of components named as Beam Trumpet. The order is to be executed on or before May 15, 2024. The broad consideration or size of the order is EURO 31,582.08.

Earlier, the company had received the purchase order from Carraro India for machining of BEAM (CA520369) CD AG CL1 KP1348 WP.

Kranti Industries is engaged in the business of manufacturing and supplying of precision machined components. With an operating history of more than two decades, it is primarily known for range of automotive component and non-automotive (off highway) components.
