Magellanic Cloud’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Provigil Surveillance has secured Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around Rs 1.55 crore (inclusive of taxes) from RailTel Corporation of India. The LoI pertains to installation of CCTV surveillance system including supply, installation, testing and commissioning. The LoI is to be executed within one month from commencement / issuance of formal ERP Purchase Order.
