Asgard Alcobev is currently trading at Rs. 51.38, up by 4.49 points or 9.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 46.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 48.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 53.01 and Rs. 48.50 respectively. So far 535615 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 90.27 on 28-Mar-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 32.11 on 12-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 53.01 and Rs. 32.11 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 823.04 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.96%, while Non-Institutions held 29.04% stake in the company.

Asgard Alcobev’s (Formerly known as Banganga Paper Mills) subsidiary -- CMJ Breweries has entered into a strategic manufacturing agreement with Brews & Bliss LLP to recreate the magic of the iconic Golden Eagle Beers of Mohan Meakin (Solan) to boost the sales in the entire North East Region. This grand alliance between the two renowned groups reinforces the strength of each partner to provide the customers the excellent beers they deserve. Being an exclusive contract to manufacture and distribute the Golden Eagle portfolio for the entire NE zone / Bhutan will bring large economic benefits not only for both the partners but the consumer and shareholders alike.

The partnership, executed through Mohan Meakin’s authorized partner Brews & Bliss LLP (which holds exclusive rights to manufacture, market and sell the specified brands), enables CMJ Breweries to produce the iconic beers at its state-of-the-art facility located in Byrnihat, Meghalaya. The partnership is expected to strengthen the presence and availability of Golden Eagle Beers across the North East and select neighboring markets by bringing together Brews & Bliss’ commercial rights and market coordination with CMJ Breweries’ established manufacturing capabilities.

Under the agreement, CMJ Breweries will manufacture brands ‘Golden Eagle Strong’, ‘Golden Eagle Mild’, ‘Golden Eagle Premium Strong’ and ‘Golden Eagle Premium Mild’. The territory covered under the arrangement includes Meghalaya, Tripura, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Bhutan, with scope for expansion into additional markets by mutual consent. The agreement will take effect from April 1, 2026 and will remain in force until March 31, 2029.
