J&K Infrastructure development boosts connectivity in hilly regions of Rajouri
Significant infrastructure development works started to enhance connectivity in the hilly regions of panchayats Dalhori and Argi in Rajouri District, Jammu and Kashmir, on March 27. Two bridges, one motorable and another foot Jullah bridge, are being constructed alongside road developments, bringing relief to villagers who previously faced challenges during monsoon. Initiatives such as MNREGA and PMAY tiles work further contribute to the overall improvement of infrastructure in the region.
Talking to ANI, a local said, “Whatever work is happening here is going good. Construction work for one bridge has already started which will connect two blocks. It will benefit 15000 to 20000 people and now children will be able to reach school on time.”
Another local said, “Four to five wards will benefit from this bridge. During monsoons students used to face difficulties in reaching school now because of this bridge they won’t face those problems. People of the area are very happy and thankful to the government for all the developmental works.”
