ICICI Pru AMC announces Appointment of Nominee Director
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that, Sidharatha Sankar Mishra has been appointed as a Nominee Director of ICICI Bank (the Bank) on the Board of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (the AMC) with effect from August 6, 2025. The details of the directors of the AMC stands modified in the SAI of the Fund in the following manner:
Sidharatha Sankar Mishra (DIN: 06524169) (50 years old), is a Nominee Director of the Company and ICICI Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science and a postgraduate diploma in management with a specialization in finance from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Mr Mishra has over 26 years of experience in the banking sector. He presently heads the digital channels & partnerships, voice channel, customer service, NRI & IFIG groups of ICICI Bank.
The AMC has also informed that Ms. Anubhuti Sunil Sanghai has ceased to be a Nominee Director of the Bank on the Board of the AMC with effect from the close of business hours of August 5, 2025.
All the other provisions of the SAI of the Fund except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI as amended from time to time.
