Invesco Asset Management (India) informs about transfer of Units held in SoA Mode

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, pursuant to AMFI Best Practices Guidelines Circular No.116/ 2024-25 dated August 14, 2024 regarding Transfer of Units held in Statement of Account (‘SoA’) / Non-Demat mode, following provisions are incorporated in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund and Scheme Information Document(s) (SIDs) of all the schemes of the Fund, except Exchange Traded Funds: A. Changes in SID of the Fund under the heading ‘Section II > II. Information about the scheme > Other Scheme Specific Disclosures’, B. Changes in SAI of the Fund.

Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in the SAI of the Fund and SIDs of the Schemes of the Fund, as applicable. All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund and SIDs of the Fund, as applicable will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund and SIDs of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
