Invesco Asset Management (India) informs about transactions in Units through NCDEX Nidhi
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed about the additional facility for Purchase (including SIP) / Redemption / Switch-of Units of the Schemes of Invesco Mutual Fund except for Exchange Traded Funds (‘Eligible Schemes’), as follows:
In line with the enabling provisions of SEBI Master Circular for Mutual Funds dated March 20, 2026, the facility for Purchase (including SIP) / Redemption / Switch-of Units of Eligible Schemes of the Fund through NCDEX Nidhi, a platform provided by National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (‘NCDEX’) will be available with effect from August 21, 2026. Currently, the facility to transact through NCDEX Nidhi is available only in non-demat (physical) mode.
Accordingly, all provisions relating to transactions in Eligible Schemes of the Fund through stock exchange infrastructure, as mentioned in the Scheme Information Documents (‘SIDs’) of the respective Eligible Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of the Fund, will be applicable for transactions through NCDEX Nidhi.
The AMC/Trustees reserve the right to change/modify the features of facility for purchase / redemption / switch of units through stock exchange platforms. All other terms & conditions of the SIDs and Key Information Memorandums (‘KIMs’) of the Eligible Schemes and SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SIDs / KIMs of the Eligible Schemes and SAI of the Fund, as amended from time to time.
