As per clause 17.2 of SEBI Master Circular dated March 20, 2026, Stock Exchange infrastructure, including terminals and online platforms, can be used for facilitating transactions in Mutual Fund schemes. Accordingly, transactions in units of schemes of the Fund are currently offered by certain stock exchanges platforms.

Further, PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that the Mutual Fund has now decided to facilitate transactions in these units, currently purchase/redemption/switch, only in non-demat mode, through National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) Nidhi (‘the Platform’) with effect from August 24, 2026 (‘Effective Date’).

Accordingly, all provisions relating to transactions through stock exchange infrastructure in the SIDs and SAI of the Fund shall apply to the Platform.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Scheme Information Document (SID) of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SAI and SIDs of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
