Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) announces Change in Key Personnel
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Prakash Bhogale has been appointed as - Director & Chief Financial Officer of Invesco Asset Management India (‘IAMI’) with effect from August 04, 2025. Accordingly, the following details of Prakash Bhogale shall stand inserted in the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund: Prakash Bhogale (48 years old), possesses a B.Com and is a Chartered Accountant. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Invesco Asset Management in August 04, 2025, Bhogale has worked with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC as Head - Business Planning, Analytics and Investor Relations (December 27, 2012 - July 25, 2025).
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
