Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) announces Change in fundamental attributes of Arbitrage Fund

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that Invesco Trustee, (the Trustee to Invesco Mutual Fund) has decided to carry out changes in the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM) of Invesco India Arbitrage Fund, an open-ended scheme investing in arbitrage opportunities (‘the Scheme’) of Invesco Mutual Fund with effect from September 4, 2025.

Pursuant to aforesaid changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in the Scheme Information Document and Key Information Memorandum of the Scheme. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document / Key Information Memorandum of the Scheme as amended from time to time.
