Indian Oil`s Kamal Sheel briefs on Odisha`s readiness on energy supply amid West Asia conflict
In a significant political development, Dol Prasad Aryal has been sworn in as the Speaker of Nepal’s House of Representatives, marking a new phase in the country’s parliamentary leadership. The oath was administered by Ram Chandra Paudel at Sheetal Niwas in Kathmandu. Aryal was elected unopposed, with his victory formally announced by Arjun Narsingh KC. He becomes the 10th Speaker and the first non-communist to hold the post in nearly 18 years. Born in Dhading, Aryal’s journey from a labourer to a national leader reflects determination and growth. He has also served twice as Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security.
