HDFC AMC announces change in Information on Key Personnel
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Sonali Chandak, Company Secretary & Head – Legal Designate has now been appointed as ‘Company Secretary & Head – Legal’ of HDFC Asset Management Company with effect from July 16, 2024. Consequently, all references in the SAI should be read accordingly.
Sylvia Furtado, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer [under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015] of HDFC AMC has resigned from the services of HDFC AMC and ceases to be key personnel of HDFC AMC with effect from close of business hours of July 15, 2024. Consequently, all references to Sylvia Furtado in the SAI stand deleted.
All other contents of the SAI of HDFC Mutual Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
