HDFC AMC announces Change in Fund Manager of Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of HDFC Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF (Erstwhile Dynamic PE Ratio Fund of Funds).
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that Fund Manager(s) of HDFC Income Plus Arbitrage Active FOF (the Scheme) of HDFC Mutual Fund stand revised from Existing ‘Fund Manager: Srinivasan Ramamurthy and Co-Fund Manager: Anil Bamboli’ to ‘Anil Bamboli’ with effect from March 20, 2025 (‘Effective Date’).
All other terms and conditions of the above-mentioned Scheme will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID / KIM of the above-mentioned Scheme as amended from time to time.
