HDFC AMC informs about update on Custodian for Developed World Overseas Equity Passive FOF
HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of HDFC Mutual Fund.
HDFC Mutual Fund has informed that, HDFC Trustee Company, the Trustee to HDFC Mutual Fund, has approved the migration and transfer of the custody of assets of HDFC Developed World Overseas Equity Passive FOF (‘the Scheme’) from Citibank Hongkong to SBISG Global Securities Services. Accordingly, SBI-SG Global Securities Services will be appointed as the Custodian of the Scheme with effect from September 16, 2026 (‘Effective Date’).
Upon completion of migration, Citibank HongKong will cease to act as the Custodian of the Scheme.
All other contents of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
