Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality has entered into a stock purchase agreement with Blue Tree Clinics LLC, Dubai, to acquire 51% stake, through a purchase of equity shares from existing shareholders. Blue Tree Clinics LLC is a polyclinic duly licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is inter alia engaged in the business of registered activity as Plastic Surgery, Laser Cosmetic, General Dental Clinic and Chiropractic Centre.

The objective is the acquisition for the expansion of existing business of the company into new geographies and with a set of services other than that of provided by the company in India. The cost of acquisition is Rs 19.83 crore, payable in two tranches.
