Godrej Properties gains on selling around 650 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in Godrej Jardinia project in Noida
Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 2818.30, up by 5.10 points or 0.18% from its previous closing of Rs. 2813.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2831.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2857.75 and Rs. 2729.15 respectively. So far 24443 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2925.00 on 17-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1326.10 on 25-May-2023.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2925.00 and Rs. 2729.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 78208.90 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.48%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.22% and 6.30% respectively.
Godrej Properties has sold around 650 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in its project, Godrej Jardinia, located in Sector 146, Noida. Launched in May 2024, this is Godrej Properties' most successful-ever launch in Noida in terms of the value of sales achieved.
After the success of Godrej Tropical Isle in the same sector last year, Godrej Jardinia marks yet another Rs 2000 crore plus launch for Godrej Properties in the Noida market, and the fourth launch with Rs 2000 crore plus sales in NCR in the past four quarters.
