FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per November 5 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday's data were net sellers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15218.33 crore against gross selling of Rs 19780.08 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 4561.75 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3330.95 crore with gross sales of Rs 2822.39 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 508.56 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 86.03 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 671.87 crore, while net sellers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 249.34 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 69.17 crore against gross selling of Rs 29.00 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 40.17 crore in hybrid segment.
