Carraro India rises on inaugurating first Authorised Service Centre in Faridabad

Carraro India is currently trading at Rs. 496.85, up by 1.30 points or 0.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 495.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 504.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 504.85 and Rs. 493.45 respectively. So far 533 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 589.00 on 31-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 253.00 on 09-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 530.90 and Rs. 462.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2824.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.77%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.84% and 11.39% respectively.

Carraro India has inaugurated its first Authorised Service Centre in Faridabad, through PHE Industries, marking a significant milestone in the company’s aftermarket expansion strategy in India. The inauguration forms part of Carraro India’s long-term growth roadmap to establish four Authorised Service Centres across the country by 2026, spanning the North, South, East, and West regions.

The planned rollout of four state-of-the-art authorised service centres, together with a strengthened nationwide network of authorised spare parts distributors and dealers, is designed to meet the growing demand across the agriculture, construction, and material handling sectors.

The service centres will deliver OEM-grade spare parts, expert repairs, and rapid technical support for tractors, construction equipment, and material handling machinery, enhancing equipment uptime for OEMs and end-users alike. By reinforcing its authorised service and distribution network, Carraro India seeks to ensure reliable access to genuine components, while reducing downtime and operating costs in a market poised for growth driven by infrastructure development and farm mechanisation.
