Spectrum Electrical Industries is currently trading at Rs. 3300.00, up by 78.15 points or 2.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 3221.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 3085.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3,382.00 and Rs. 3085.00 respectively. So far 434 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3394.25 on 22-Sep-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 957.95 on 24-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3394.25 and Rs. 2,961.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5638.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.72%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.00% and 23.29% respectively.

Spectrum Electrical Industries has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra for the development and upgradation of Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari Government ITI (Boys), Jalgaon Maharashtra under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Under the MoU, the company will contribute towards the development and upgradation of infrastructure, training facilities, equipment, and other activities aimed at strengthening vocational education and skill development at the ITI as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

The initiative is being undertaken in collaboration with the Government of Maharashtra with the objective of enhancing training infrastructure and improving skill development and employability opportunities for students and trainees.
