PPFAS AMC announces addition of new branch office
PPFAS Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of all existing schemes of PPFAS Mutual Fund and Statement of Additional Information of PPFAS Mutual Fund.
With a view to increase the network and enhance the service levels for investors, PPFAS Mutual Fund (PPFAS MF) has declared the launch of new branch office at ‘Door No. 61/684, First Floor, Peppermint Sadan, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Ernakulam, Cochin - 682016, Kerala’. This branch will be termed as an Investor Service Center (ISC) and an Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) for the transactions of the Schemes of PPFAS Mutual Fund, with effect from Friday, September 25, 2026. Further Investors/ Unitholders are also requested to note that, the Company's branch office located at ‘Shop No. 19, Block-K, Ground Floor, Sector 18, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida – 201301, Uttar Pradesh’, shall now be considered as an Official Point of Acceptance (OPA) for the transactions of the Schemes of PPFAS Mutual Fund with effect from Thursday, October 01, 2026.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
