Avenue Supermarts gains on opening new store in Andhra Pradesh
Avenue Supermarts is currently trading at Rs. 3605.05, up by 9.80 points or 0.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 3595.25 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 3590.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 3611.70 and Rs. 3565.45 respectively. So far 2782 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 5484.00 on 24-Sep-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3400.00 on 20-Dec-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 3712.35 and Rs. 3565.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 233935.28 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.10% and 8.25% respectively.
Avenue Supermarts has opened a new store at Sheela Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The company has opened new store on February 22, 2025. The total number of stores as on date stands at 391.
Earlier, the company had opened a new store at Madhavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu on January 30, 2025.
