Prataap Snacks is currently trading at Rs. 1151.55, up by 4.95 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 1146.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1140.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1151.55 and Rs. 1140.00 respectively. So far 260 shares were traded on the counter.

Prataap Snacks has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of RLOP Food Processing from its existing shareholder(s) on August 28, 2026, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 15.45 crore. Consequent to the completion of the acquisition, RLOP Food Processing has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
