Commenting on the performance, Mr. Anuj Kumar, Managing Director said
“Q2 FY’27 underscores the strength of CAMS’s platform-led business model and the growing benefits of our diversification strategy. We delivered double-digit revenue growth, expanded EBITDA margins to 46% and achieved healthy profit growth despite a volatile operating environment.
Our core Mutual Fund franchise continues to demonstrate industry-leading scale and resilience, with assets under management reaching a record Rs 58.4 lakh crore and with continued outperformance across growth in equity assets, SIPs and investor count. The rapid scaling of SIFs, growing adoption of GIFT City Retail Funds and expansion of our client base to 32 AMCs reinforces our strategy of building a high-quality, institution-led MF RTA franchise.
Equally importantly, our non-mutual fund businesses have emerged as meaningful growth engines. With non-MF revenues nearing 16% of total revenues and CAMSPay crossing the 6% revenue contribution milestone, we are seeing increasing validation of our strategy to build adjacent platforms serving the broader financial services ecosystem. Strong growth across Payments, Alternatives, KRA, Insurance Repository and our newly commercialized ConsenPro platform provide us with confidence in the sustainability and breadth of our future growth trajectory.
Alongside business growth, our technology modernization and AI-led transformation programs are now delivering sustained benefits. From the successful deployment of FundsNet (the modernized MF transaction-acceptance platform), CAMSlens and KYCHUB to rapidly increasing scale in AI-led transaction processing and enterprise-wide data modernization, we are building a future-ready operating platform that will enhance productivity, scalability and client experience. We remain confident in our ability to deepen market leadership, accelerate innovation and create long-term value for clients, shareholders and all stakeholders.”
