Ceigall India surges as its arm commissions 5 MW Solar Power Plant under MSKVY 2.0 in Maharashtra

Ceigall India is currently trading at Rs. 343.65, up by 2.45 points or 0.72% from its previous closing of Rs. 341.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 344.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 346.00 and Rs. 339.40 respectively. So far 4900 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 405.00 on 30-Jun-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 223.00 on 09-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 346.00 and Rs. 324.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5917.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 82.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.53% and 10.41% respectively.

Ceigall India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Ceigall Green Energy MH2, a special purpose vehicle, has successfully commissioned its first 5 MW Solar Power Plant at Ranjangaon Deshmukh, Taluka Kopargaon, District Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra, well ahead of schedule commissioning date. Consequently, Ceigall Green Energy MH2 is eligible for the applicable incentive, under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0 (MSKVY 2.0).

The 5 MW Solar Power Project forms part of the aggregate 147 MW Solar Power Project being developed and executed by the Ceigall Green Energy MH2 under MSKVY 2.0. The successful commissioning of the project plays a significant role in the company's expansion into the renewable energy sector and strengthens its presence in solar power generation.

Earlier on March 24, 2026, Ceigall Green Energy MH2 had executed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. for contract capacity of 147 MW under MSKVY 2.0.
