KPI Green Energy rises on getting LoI for development of Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project
KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 306.95, up by 2.15 points or 0.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 304.80 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 304.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 309.25 and Rs. 304.00 respectively. So far 32076 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 541.90 on 03-Nov-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 302.00 on 19-Aug-2026.

KPI Green Energy has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) for development of a Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project under a Group Captive arrangement. The project comprises 33.6 MW of Wind capacity and 33.6 MW AC / 43 MW DC of Solar capacity, aggregating to 33.6 / 76.6 MW DC capacity, and will be developed for a reputed customer under the Group Captive framework.
The project strengthens the company’s presence in the C&I and Group Captive renewable energy segments, enhances its wind, solar and hybrid capabilities, and adds to its order book. The company to complete project development, construction and commissioning within 14 months from Stage-2 connectivity (and in any case latest by December 31, 2027); and a term of 25 years from the commencement date of the energy supply agreement.
