Artefact Projects jumps on bagging order from National Highways Authority of India

Artefact Projects is currently trading at Rs. 78.99, up by 2.02 points or 2.62% from its previous closing of Rs. 76.97 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 79.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 79.15 and Rs. 78.00 respectively. So far 16449 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 111.00 on 12-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 57.15 on 21-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 79.15 and Rs. 74.22 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 57.47 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.09%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.34% and 60.57% respectively.

Artefact Projects has bagged project from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for supervision consultancy during O&M period of four lane of Talaja-Mahua-Kagvadar section of NH-8E (New NH-51) from km 53.585 to Km 139.915 (Design chainage from Km 54.990 to Km 140.470) in the state of Gujarat (Pkg-Il and Pkg-lll) in association with Manglam Infra and Engineering in the state of Gujarat. 

The company has received the letter of Award for the said project. The company’s contracted fees for the project awarded is around Rs 2.53 crore excluding GST.

Artefact Projects provides project management services for highways, airports & urban development projects. The company has a global presence and reach of services.
