Sika Interplant Systems rises on acquiring Aerotek Sika Aviosystems

Sika Interplant Systems is currently trading at Rs. 2484.20, up by 12.25 points or 0.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 2471.95 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2457.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2498.00 and Rs. 2435.00 respectively. So far 1589 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3548.00 on 20-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1116.90 on 14-Mar-2024.

Sika Interplant Systems has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49.14% equity share capital of Aerotek Sika Aviosystems (ASAPL). Consequent to the completion of this acquisition, ASAPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. This acquisition is in line with company’s strategic objectives to gain complete control of ASAPL, enhance operational efficiencies and streamline the organisational structure for improved governance and business synergies.
Earlier, the company’s board had approved the acquisition of the remaining 49.14% equity share capital of ASAPL at its meeting held on February 26, 2025.
