Adani Enterprises gains after its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs 2330.10, up by 5.45 points or 0.23% from its previous closing of Rs 2324.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 2327.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs 2347.00 and Rs 2324.65 respectively. So far 10829 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 1 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 3208.85 on 10-Oct-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 2026.90 on 03-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 2405.85 and Rs 2304.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 268924.11 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.58% and 7.44% respectively.
Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Mundra Synenergy has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘CG Syn-Gas & Chemicals’ in India on August 23, 2025. The said WOS has been incorporated with the objective of manufacture of chemicals and chemical products.
