Lemon Tree Hotels moves up on executing HOA for new property in Uttar Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 134.60, up by 0.70 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 133.90 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 132.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 134.70 and Rs. 132.20 respectively. So far 44961 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 162.25 on 02-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 110.55 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 140.10 and Rs. 132.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10544.80 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 40.59% and 36.92% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has executed Hotel Operation Agreement (HOA) in respect of upcoming hotel - at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh by Carnation Hotels, a wholly subsidiary of the company. Carnations Hotels shall operate the hotel under brand name ‘Lemon Tree Suites’ subject to execution of licence agreement by Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Suites, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh will feature 336 well-appointed suites, restaurants, a bar, a banquet, a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center and other public areas. Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi is approx. 39 kms away from the property. Ghaziabad Railway Station is approx. 13 kms from the property. It is also well-connected by road, offering easy access to both public and private transport
