Tata AMC announces addendum for `Tata Overnight Fund`
Tata Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced that addendum to the Scheme Information Document (s) (SIDS) / Key Information Memorandum(s) (KIMS) of Specified Scheme(s) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Tata Overnight Fund.
Tata Asset Management Company has informed that the provisions are inserted below the 'Asset allocation' table under the section 'Asset allocation and risk profile'. Also informed that pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2021/683 dated December 10, 2021, the Scheme can deploy not exceeding 5% of the net assets of the scheme in Government Securities and/or Treasury bills with a residual maturity of upto 30 days for the purpose of placing the same as margin and collateral for certain transactions. It may be noted that the aforesaid deployment by the Scheme in Government Securities and/or Treasury bills with a residual maturity of up to 30 days will be in partial modification to SEBI circular no. SEBI/ HO/ IMD/ DF3/ CIR/P /2017/114 dated October 6, 2017 and asset allocation of the Scheme which specify the requirement relating to investment by the Scheme in overnight securities having maturity of 1 business day. The Scheme Risk-o-meter of Tata Overnight Fund is low, and Benchmark Risk-o-meter is also low.
This addendum will form an integral part of the SID and KIM including application form of the above scheme of Tata Mutual Fund. All other terms and conditions of SID and KIM along with PRC Matrix (wherever applicable), read with other addendums shall remain unchanged.
