Quant MF announces discontinuation of transaction charges to MF distributors

Quant Mutual Fund has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) / and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of Quant Mutual Fund (MF). Quant Money Managers (the AMC) has decided to discontinue the payment of transaction charges to distributors effective March 1, 2023. No transaction charges shall be deducted from the investment amount for transactions/ applications received from the distributor (i.e., in Regular Plan) and full subscription amount will be invested in the Scheme with effect from march 1, 2023.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund except as specifically modified herein above, remain unchanged.
