PGIM India Asset Management (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) And Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of schemes of PGIM India Mutual Fund
PGIM India Mutual Fund has informed that pursuant to clause 17.4.1.h of SEBI Master circular dated May 19, 2023 with respect to Product Labeling in Mutual Funds, PGIM India Asset Management has evaluated the risk levels for the schemes of the Mutual Fund based on the scheme portfolios as on July 31, 2023. Accordingly, risk-o-meter of PGIM India Banking & PSU Debt Fund and PGIM India Dynamic Bond Fund (the schemes) of PGIM India Mutual Fund have been revised as follow: The Risk-o-meter of PGIM India Banking & PSU Debt Fund stands revised from Existing ‘Low to Moderate’ to ‘Moderate’ and PGIM India Dynamic Bond Fund it revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’
This Notice cum Addendum forms an integral part of SID(s) and KIM(s) of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs and KIMs of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged.
