Motilal Oswal AMC announces revision of time limit for disclosure of NAV
Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund.
Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund (MF) informed that in terms of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/IMD/IMD-I POD2/P/CIR/2 dated March 29, 2023 relating to ‘Review of time limit for disclosure of NAV of mutual fund schemes investing Overseas’, the Schemes (Motilal Oswal MSCI EAFE Top 100 Select Index Fund, Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 ETF , Motilal Oswal Nasdaq Q 50 ETF, and Motilal Oswal S&P 500 Index Fund) of Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund shall follow revised timeline ‘10 AM on T+1 day’ instead of Existing timeline’ 11 PM on T day’, for declaration of NAV with effective from June 19, 2023.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
