Shriram Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended scheme named ‘Shriram Multi Asset Allocation Fund‘. The New Fund Offer price is Rs 10 per unit. Entry load will be nil and Exit load will be 1% of the applicable NAV, if redeemed/switched-out within 1 year from the date of allotment. The scheme offers only growth option for investment and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked by Nifty 50 TRI (65%) + Crisil Short Term Gilt Index (25%) + Domestic prices of Gold (10%). The minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation with inflation beating returns by investing in Equity and Equity related securities,  Debt  and  Money  Market  instruments,  Gold/Silver  ETFs,  and  REITS  /  InvITs.
